Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 September 2026. These terms govern your use of muscleflare.com, operated by Conjora Limited, Ireland ("we"). By using MuscleFlare you agree to them.

Not medical advice

MuscleFlare provides estimates and educational information for healthy adults. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to diet or exercise — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. You are responsible for how you use the information.

Estimates are estimates

Calculators rely on population research and on the accuracy of your inputs. Results carry real uncertainty, which we describe on each page and on our methodology page. AI-generated answers from the Flare Analyst may be incomplete or wrong.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Sign-in is shared with other products operated by Conjora Limited, but MuscleFlare data, subscriptions and entitlements are separate.

MuscleFlare Pro

• Price. €9.99 per month or €59.99 per year, including VAT where applicable. Prices are shown before checkout.
• Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. One trial per account.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• Cancellation. Cancel any time from Account → Settings → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. If you are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected. See also conjora.ie/refunds.
• Fair use. The Flare Analyst has a monthly fair-use limit (currently 200 questions) to keep the service sustainable.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass limits or payment, automated abuse of the AI features, or unlawful use.

Liability

We provide MuscleFlare "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the product or by email. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using MuscleFlare and delete your data at any time.
